about me
My name is Kamilla. I am a Hungarian-Polish psychologist and couples therapist based in Amsterdam. I have dedicated the past six years of my career to working with expats and internationals from around the world. I offer sessions in English, Hungarian and Polish.

I have provided interventions for a wide variety of mental health conditions and difficulties, specifically

-
persistent, long-term patterns of inner experiences and self-defeating behaviours,
-
communication and relationship problems,
-
assertiveness-related challenges,
-
mood and anxiety disorders,
-
psychological first aid and crisis intervention after trauma.

In both individual and couples work, I value human freedom, authenticity, and creativity, as well as full, unconditional acceptance and empathy. I am curious, and determined to improve myself, therefore I keep myself up to date with current research, and continuously participate in trainings.
