1. What can I expect at the first session?
During the first session, we'll spend time understanding your needs and what support might be most helpful for you right now. I usually ask a few questions to understand your context, and make sure you feel informed and comfortable. You are always free to share your questions and preferences. Don't worry if you don't know where to start - that's completely normal. I'm here to support.

2. What languages do you offer sessions in?
I offer sessions in English, Hungarian, and Polish.

3. How often do we meet?
The frequency of the sessions is our shared decision, guided by your needs and pace that feels right for you. Most of the time, we meet once a week or every two weeks, sometimes twice a week if requested.

4. How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for a few sessions around a specific concern, while others choose long-term support. We can check in regularly and adjust based on your needs and goals.

5. What happens during relationship therapy?
Relationship therapy can mean couples therapy, or it can involve any two people in an important relationship. Often, people unintentionally trigger each other's sensitivities. Therapy helps slow these moments down, so you can understand what's happening beneath the surface and learn ways to respond with more care and clarity.

6. I can't afford these prices. What can I do?
I understand that the full price is not feasible for everyone. In this case, please contact me at kamillaizabellakozma@gmail.com or +36305055608 and provide more context about your situation, so that we can explore what might be workable for both of us.

7. Is this space safe for LGBTQ+ folks?
Yes. My therapy practice is grounded in respect and care for people of all identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

8. Is the practice wheelchair accessible?
The practice itself is on the ground floor, accessible through a wide door and wide corridor, which makes passage for wheelchair users possible. However, the restroom is located on the first floor, which is only accessible by stairs.

9. Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
I offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on the needs of my clients.

10. What is your cancellation policy?
I know unexpected things happen. With at least 36 hours' notice, I'm happy to reschedule or cancel without charge. Late cancellations and missed appointments usually incur a fee, as it is often difficult to fill the space on short notice.

11. Is everything we discuss confidential?
Everything said during our sessions is strictly confidential, including the very fact of our therapeutic relationship. There are, however, rare situations where I am legally or ethically required to act to keep you or others safe. I will always try to be transparent and supportive if these situations arise.
