overcoming symptoms

"Where your fear is, there is your task."

C. Jung

What you are experiencing isn't a "broken" part of you; it’s a signal from a system trying to keep you safe. While it may feel overwhelming, you are simply receiving signals that something isn't right. My goal is to help you navigate your life with more clarity and ease.

While I prefer not to overfocus on diagnostic labels, many of the people I support describe their experiences in the following ways:

- Depression

- Anxiety

- Panic attacks

- Disturbed sleep or insomnia

- Phobias

- Disordered eating

- Heightened state of anxiety, stress, or reactivity after trauma or a crisis

- Deep-seated patterns that cause persistent, long-term emotional difficulties

- Self-defeating behavioral and emotional patterns

If any of these experiences feel familiar to you, I would be happy to help you find your footing again.

I am here to support you in stabilising your system and uncovering the deeper, unique needs behind your patterns. My role is to provide the safe space necessary for you to explore these signals, helping you move from a state of survival into one of clarity and peace.

guidance and clarity

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change."

C. Rogers

Life can sometimes feel like a series of repeating loops—the same arguments, the same heartbreaks, the same inner criticism. I specialise in helping you understand the reasons behind these cycles by exploring the patterns in your personality.

I help you map out the dynamics that govern your life: the way you show up in relationships, the roles you play in your family, and the specific ways your personality has learned to protect itself. When life feels messy—due to a conflict, a loss, or a sense of being stuck—it is usually a sign that an old way of being is no longer working. I help you make sense of these signals so you can see the big picture.

This clarity allows you to see your relationships and your self-image not as a series of accidents, but as a system that we can understand together.

My goal is to guide you toward a deeper self-knowledge where you no longer feel like a passenger to your own impulses, but the conscious leader of your life.

growth and meaning

"I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become."

C. Jung

If you have been feeling lonely and isolated - regardless of whether or not you are with people;

Or you are facing a life transition that feels too messy to navigate;

If your sense of purpose and meaning seems to be fading right now;

If you have been overwhelmed by grief, or thoughts of death and mortality;

Or you are confused about how to find authenticity and freedom without losing connection to others;

Then you are leaning into the most important questions of being human. These are not signs of "mental illness"; they are the fundamental themes we are tempted to avoid in daily life because they feel too heavy. Yet, staying with them can ultimately become our most meaningful experience. We are all in search of an authentic self and an authentic life. I am here to provide a space where you can have these conversations.

assertiveness

"Never trade your uniqueness for approval."

Joy Marino

True assertiveness is the bridge between your inner truth and your relationships. It is the ability to speak your needs clearly and unapologetically, while actually strengthening your connections through compassion.

So often, we either suppress our needs—leading to resentment and unhappiness—or we react in anger when we are actually seeking empathy. And many of us carry a deep-seated guilt for having needs at all, fearing that our honesty might burden others.

Committing to learning assertiveness skills helps you build harmonious and long-lasting relationships in all areas of life: in your family, the workplace, romantic partnerships, or friendships.
